Model HD
The Model HD Axle / Differential Balancer
is a semiautomatic dual plane horizontal machine. It is designed to measure and
correct unbalance in axle and propshaft assemblies for automotive and light truck applications.
It combines both drilling and welding
correction methods on one machine.

 - Automatic fixed or variable depth drilling
 - Resistance welding using pneumatically   activated "C"-type guns arranged for   projection welding of pre-formed slugs

• High capacity chip vacuum
• Full perimeter guarding and workpiece   containment
• Optional HMI (Human Machine Interface)   operator control screens replace   pushbutton/pilot light panel
